Thanks to customized innovations and refined processes, Align is able to provide a multitude of processing services with precise tolerances. These include Cut-to-length, Multi-blanking & Recoiling services.

Our state-of-the-art equipment is capable of handling coils upto 60,000 lbs; with guages ranging from 0.015" to 0.135, and widths ranging from 18" to 72". We have the capability to process all steel types and grades (except Hot Rolled Black), including surface-critical materials. These include Galvanized, Galvanneal, Galvalume, Satin Coat, Cold Rolled, Hot Rolled Pickle & Oil, Colour/Prepainted, Aluminum & Stainless Steel.

We are currently in the process of achieving ISO/QS certification and are dedicated to maintaining precise tolerances in length accuracy (upto +/-0.005"), diagonal accuracy (upto +/-0.015") and flatness.  

In addition to regular processing, we are equipped to provide exceptionally competetive pricing and several value-added benefits to our customers. These include edge-trimming, partial recoiling, on-the-go sorting & quality control, surface-sensitive precision leveling and in-house custom shearing.
